Memphis, TN

My mom, as usual out did herself with the Thanksgiving meal. On this day her cooking and organizational skills are at their best. She was feeding twenty and all of the food came out at once. We gorged ourselves and some of the Thanksgiving favorites. The two dishes that I love the most are the homemade bread dressing (stuffing) and brussel sprouts in rich sauce with bacon. We had a great crew. They were old and new friends. Food was ate, naps were took, drinks were drank, and conversation had. I was stuffed and ready for bed around 8pm. It was great Thanksgiving.
