Tubing in Finland

Every year during the last month of July there has been an unofficial
tubing excursion down a small river near Vantaa, a suburb of Helsinki.

Here are the masses preparing. Very similiar to the Norm led tubing
excusions down @the fourth of July weekend. Yes, lots of beer.
